I started this little spot to provide a place for me to just blurt out what's on my mind. I don't think people would appreciate me calling them randomly to talk about the "really cool thing I just made". I also have some family across the country that might want peeks of what is going on over here. So stick around if you want to read the ramblings of a sudo-dorky Canadian girl!

1. Do you drink coffee and if you do, why did you start?
It used to be my life blood. I couldn't get through the day without it. Then a pesky little food-sensitivity test told me I was quasi-allergic to it. So now I'm a orange-pekoe tea and chai tea fiend!
2. What is the most important quality you look for in a friend?
One who contacts me as much as I contact them. I don't like having to chase people, so those are the friends that fade away.
3. What was your #1 favourite toy when you were young (K-4th)?
I was way into Barbie. But not like blond Barbie. The weird Barbies: Troll Barbie, Sailor Jupiter, random 80's Barbie. Oh and to make this even cooler: my Barbie and Ken got married one sunny afternoon to the tune of Bohemian Rhapsody.
4. Do you prefer sunshine or rain?
I like a good mix of both. Too much rain and I get depressed, but I love to fall asleep to it.Sunshine is one of those things that is in abundance in Calgary. So I'll go with sunshine.
5. What movie can you watch over and over and never get sick of?
Such a nerd, but Star Wars Episode V. It's got drama: battle on Hoth. It's got romance: Han and Leah denying that love. It's got comedy: ummm annoying C3PO. So it's all well rounded. And well PEW PEW LASERS!
6. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
NO IDEA! Hahahaha I always abide by "God laughs at 5 year plans" and I'm a horrible planner.
7. Skype: is it more awesome or more awkward?
I don't know why people think it's awkward. Tom and I would have a crappier time without it for sure. Honestly anything that gives me long distance for free is fantastic!
8. Who is your favourite band and what were you doing when you discovered them?
Longevity: No Doubt. They've been in my life since the beginning of High School. So I was being awkward and young when I discovered them.
Right Now: Anberlin. They're just amazing. And Stephen Christian has the greatest voice ever.
9. Cats or dogs?
Sofia! Not an option. Cat's. So low maintenance. I wouldn't know what to do with a Dog. It would poop all over and hate me.
10. What's your favourite thing to collect?
I'm not a big collector as I hate clutter, but I will most likely make an exception for buttons. Oh and I get a favourite print from every museum I go to.
